Position: Head Chef
Overview:
Currently seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to join a great estate in the Bahamas on a retainer.
This position involves catering for various trips, with the first one commencing in June.
You will have a Sous Chef and will be in charge of preparing meals for 6-8 guests and 25 staff.
Responsibilities:
Prepare meals for guests focusing on plated and family-style dining.
Prepare meals for 25 staff members.
Ensure timely meal service and adaptability to varying guest counts, typically ranging from 5 to 12 guests.
Follow a routine schedule.
Collaborate with the team to maintain high culinary standards and guest satisfaction.
