- A high profile 55m private MY needs a Bosun for an immediate start.
- The yacht is used privately only for a mixture of family style trips and business focused cruises / lunches.
- The vessel maintains Sydney as its permanent berth.
- The Bosun will work under an experienced Chief Officer who will offer training and direction.
- The yacht operates a with large 11m chase tender (just had a complete refit) and a 5.2m Zodiac tender (brand new) that the Bosun will be operating and maintaining.
The Ideal Candidate :
- STCW 95 Certificate
- AMSA or ENG1 Medical certificate.
- OOW, Yachtmasters or Australian commercial ticket (Class 5 or similar) qualification.
- Must have clean driver\'s licence.
- Currently located in Australia.
- Presentable and understands superyacht hospitality.
- Exceptional eye for detail.
- Enjoys being hands on.
- Happy to assist across departments when required.
- Tender or boat driving experience.
- Looking to expand on deck skills and knowledge.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Work rights for Australia.
