Summary
We are searching for a BOSUN to join this very prestigious program 60mt SY. This large sail yacht is one of a kind and it is run to impeccable standards, recently launched.
The priority for this search is longevity, commitment but overall a competent professional. You MUST have previously worked on similar sized yachts, or come from a strong sailing background. Please do not apply if you have never worked on 40-50mt SY previously.
There could be the opportunity for progression towards the first mate role, therefore we are after an ambitious and driven character. Well presented individual, naturally organised, with a high criteria of work ethic and very experienced in this department. A person who gives priority to the role over other matters. Comfortable with water sports of different sorts and a good swimmer.
The boat will be based in Spain for this winter, summer trips in the Mediterranean next year. Followed by a short Caribbean season in order to carry on sailing towards the Pacific for 25/26.
Active, fit and in sync with their surroundings. Ideal qualification OOW, otherwise an Ocean Master will be required.
