Summary
Job Title: Chief Stewardess
We are seeking an experienced and resilient Chief Stew with 4-5 years of experience on 65m+ yachts to join a primarily private, light-charter dual season yacht. This role requires someone who holds a valid B1/B2 visa and can be available to join around November 21st. The current Chief Stew will be on hand through December 1st to assist with a comprehensive handover, with the flexibility to extend a few days to ensure a smooth transition.
The yacht is largely private, with a light charter schedule of around 4-5 weeks per year, and follows a 2:2 rotation. Service style includes both buffet and plated options, with a preference for maintaining consistent routines. The owner values precision and is highly attentive to detail on board. As such, the ideal candidate will be quick to learn and adapt to the owner’s particular preferences. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage a team of six interior crew members are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with feedback and able to take direction without taking things personally, demonstrating resilience and professionalism.
