Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bosun to join our team aboard a 43-meter private yacht operating in the Mediterranean Sea.
We offer a permanent position within our friendly and professional crew, dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our guests.
As Bosun, you will be responsible for supervising deck operations, ensuring that all aspects of the yacht’s exterior and deck systems are maintained to the highest standards, and assisting in the overall operation of the yacht.
Basic requirements:
- Fluent English
- Valid documents to travel in Europe
- Valid STCW, ENG1 medical certificate, and all necessary certifications
- Previous experience as Bosun on yachts of similar size
- Chase boat or tender driving experience. Must be confident in handling various watercraft / toys and managing tender operations.
- Confident with leading a small team of deckhands.
- Experience in managing the daily maintenance of the vessel, including organizing work lists and overseeing tasks.
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
