We have a lovely opportunity for two hardworking and enthusiastic Housekeepers to work for a UHNW family based in their 7-storey home in Mayfair, London. This client is looking to appoint hardworking and positive Housekeepers to maintain very high standards of cleanliness across their townhouse, working alongside other household staff.
Our clients are looking for someone who has exacting standards, a keen eye for detail, and can work both independently with little supervision, but is also happy to follow instructions when required. You will need to have excellent knowledge of cleaning products and know how to care for fine fabrics and finishes, working collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the home.
Daily duties would include general housekeeping and maintaining the home to the highest of standard all year round, laundry duties, ensuring that lighting levels and air temperature are satisfactory, maintain satisfactory levels of housekeeping and house pantry stocks, liase with the chef and other household staff and help with food and beverage service when required.
Working a 5-day week, on a Rota-basis, hours will generally be 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm, depending on scheduling. A true team player, the ideal candidate will be proactive and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to offer longevity.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen
· Laundry and ironing, including delicates care
· Deep cleaning of all areas – walls, skirting boards, ceilings, etc.
· Polishing silver and glassware
· Cleaning marble, rare woods, and other fine materials
· Food & beverage service when required
· General tidiness and organisation of the home
· Rubbish and recycling management
· Ad-hoc duties as required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
· Prior housekeeping experience in hotels, private households or onboard superyachts
· Service orientated or a willingness to learn
· Fluency in English
· Eligibility to work in the UK
· A true team player
· Hardworking and dedicated

· Able to work independently with little supervision
· Trustworthy and reliable
