The candidate specification
We are seeking a Temp 3rd engineer to join a brand new, state-of-the-art 100-metre luxury motor yacht. This is a great opportunity to learn on this yacht. Must hold EEOW Unlimited. Temporary with no defined end date; for the right candidate, it may transition into a rotational 2:2 schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering Operations: Work closely with the Chief Engineer with all the engineering operations, ensuring the yacht's systems and equipment are functioning efficiently.
- Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan, conduct regular inspections, and address any issues promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all engineering practices comply with safety regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date records of all safety checks and procedures.
