TYS Recruitment is seeking an experienced 2nd Stewardess for a 55m dual-season private/charter MY currently based in Antigua.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a second Stewardess on vessels 50-60m, demonstrating exceptional service standards and leadership capabilities. As part of a four-person interior team with a total crew of 13, you will play a key role in maintaining the vessel's high standards while mentoring junior crew members.
We are seeking a versatile and well-rounded professional who excels in all aspects of interior operations. The successful candidate must be able to seamlessly transition between various duties while maintaining impeccable service and housekeeping standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
The yacht, which recently underwent a name change, is owned by welcoming American principals who primarily use it for friends and family trips throughout both seasons. The program includes confirmed charters in the Caribbean for the current winter season and the Mediterranean for the summer of 2025.
