Summary

We are seeking a Second Stewardess to join our team finishing up a refit period followed by a busy summer season. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, positive and experienced in hospitality and guest services with a hands-on approach, especially during the refit period when we will be running a reduced interior crew of 3.

Responsibilities include working closely with the Chief Stewardess in all aspects of interior during the refit and summer season. You will be required to oversee, guide and manage the interior crew members in a team of 5 and ensure that exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.

Proven experience as a Second Stewardess in the yachting industry is required as well as strong leadership and team management skills.
