Thai 3rd chef 3:1 rotation $4500USD negotiable DOE. Thai national, male or female

We are looking for a restaurant trained Thai chef (from Thailand) to join our 85m private/charter motor yacht.

A high standard of restaurant quality Thai food is required. Must be clean and hygienic, work well in a team and have a good work ethic.

Responsibilities include:

-Cooking great quality crew food, with nutritious varying menus.

-Prepare to a high standard any Thai dishes requested by guests.

-Help keep a high standard of galley cleanliness.

We like to work as a team in the galley. We all pitch in to cook crew food and clean.

The owners appreciate good food and are great to work for.

The galley team has all been here since the build of the boat. We get along well, make good food and have a laugh.

Basically, we want someone who can cook tasty food and is fun to hang out with, since we spend so much time standing next to each other every day.

The galley itself is well equipped, good layout and plenty of storage. So nice to work in.

Boat will be in Malta then plans to cruise Monaco, Greece, Turkey, Croatia.

Then cross to Maldives and potentially do Thailand and Indonesia.
