- We Rank: Our platform automatically ranks all applicants based on how well they match your specified criteria. This ensures that you see the most suitable candidates first.
- You Filter: Use our advanced filter and keyword search to view only the candidates who meet your exact requirements. You can download original CVs, contact details, references, and certificates, create your shortlist, and start interviewing candidates immediately.
Is Yotspot MLC 2006 Compliant?
Yotspot was previously MLC certified for its Traditional Crew Placement Service. However, due to the success of The Yotspot 24/7 Account, where Captains and Heads of Departments (HoDs) pay for access to our database and recruit themselves, we have retired our Traditional Recruitment Service. As a result, we will not be renewing our MLC Certification. However, we can provide a document showing that you are using a database that is MLC compliant.
What is the training course marketplace?
The training course marketplace is our unique platform which allows you to advertise your courses in front of maritime professionals who need to complete them as part of their career progression. List courses by data, location and availability and connect with Stripe to take payments directly from your customers. We charge 0% commission for this service, providing your training school with excellent exposure across the yachting industry.
What is the Difference Between Basic and Advanced Candidate Filter and Matching on Yotspot?
Yotspot offers both basic and advanced search options:
- Basic Search: This includes general criteria such as the preferred location of your future yachting crew and the number of years of experience required.
- Advanced Search: This option allows you to specify precise qualifications and a comprehensive list of skills. This level of detail ensures you find candidates who perfectly match the job requirements.
How Long Does My Advert Appear on Yotspot?
Your advert will be visible to potential yacht crew members for 21 days. During this period, you can collect an unlimited number of profiles from candidates who are genuinely interested in the position. This approach ensures real-time applications from motivated individuals, significantly reducing the time and resources needed for recruitment.
