CEVNI Waterways Test/Assessment

This RYA CEVNI Assessment is for anyone that wants to use inland waterways and lakes in Europe, it will also aid in navigating the UK inland waterways. The online session is a assessment only with a practice paper before taking your exam. Ocean Sports Tuition will guide you through this assessment with a recommended reading list before you undertake the online assessment.

Once successfully completed the CEVNI endorsement will be added to your ICC certificate and this is undertaken by the RYA.

Is this right for me?

This assessment is for any one that wants to take there boat or charter a boat in European inland waters. The CEVNI assessment forms part of the ICC and is for any one wishing to use the inland water ways in Europe.

Do I need previous experience?

You can apply for an ICC with the following qualifications:

•RYA Power Boat Level 2

•RYA Day Skipper Practical

There is an online assessment for the CEVNI element of the ICC license, we will guide you through the process.

What will I learn?

This is an online assessment we recommend reading this book before taking the course.

How long is the course?

The estimate it takes between 1 to 2 hours including the assessment.

How much is the assessment and what’s included?

The assessment is £30 per person.

The cost of the ICC is free if you a member of the RYA, for non members the cost is £43 – cost correct at time of edit 1.4.14.
