AKE provides in-depth training to companies on the theory and practice of crisis management. From boardroom briefings through to the formation of policy and the establishment of crisis management teams and their testing in scenario training, AKE will work closely with clients to ensure the design of an appropriate and effective crisis management system.

AKE provides full, in-depth simulation training for crisis management teams and emergency responders. It covers a wide spectrum of potetntial incidences that a crisis management team can be expect to manage, enabling personnel to better appreciate the mechanics, physical and mental stresses involved in high-pressure situations and to use that experience as a base for continued learning. Simulations are designed as confirmation of understanding and preparedness of crisis management teams post training and can be utilised to assess effectiveness of established crisis management.
