Crowd Management on Passenger Ships

This half-day course is required for all crew with a duty to assist passengers in emergency situations on board ships. 

The course provides underpinning knowledge for dealing with crowds in emergencies, rules of crowd management, including mustering procedures, and factors affecting human behaviour in emergencies, as well as awareness of life-saving appliance and control plans.
