Crowd Management on Passenger Ships

Crowd Management training required by STCW regulation A V/3. This course is required for all personnel designated to assist crowds in an emergency situation.

After successful completion of the course, students will be able to;

•Understand human behavior in a crisis situation

•Know how to communicate calmly and effectively with passengers during an emergency

•Understand and demonstrate the use of personal life-saving equipment

•Comply with the ship’s safety and emergency procedure plan

•Plan escape routes

•Prepare passengers for safe evacuation, understand and execute mustering procedures
