Using our MAGNUMS METHOD TM and our Digital Learning Boxes (DLB’s): Practical instruction and advice will give you the opportunity to practice the essentials of wardrobe management including how to arrange, return and store guest’s laundry, unpacking suitcases, suitcase packing, shoe polishing and management and the correct folding of individual garments.
Performing in your profession as a more senior member in luxury hospitality, this program will certainly enrich your understanding of the finer details, this intensive fully GUEST accredited training program was specially designed for the IAMI GUEST program by Josephine Ive, whose background as a Butler and extensive experience in butler training in luxury high end hotels, villas, private households and luxury superyachts, will ensure you are well-prepared to present your guest with a sensitive and professional service.

We are pleased to announce Magnums Method, a new style of remote delivery designed to overcome the COVID-19 on-site constraints and beyond.
An outstanding opportunity for a cost-effective solution to superior training.
For example, the Magnums Method creates and brings the remote training of 7 Star Butler Service to a different level by harnessing the benefits and advantages of online Learning Experiences. Based on the individual student or clients requirements, Magnums offers a Learning Experience that typically lasts from 5 -8 weeks. each student will be individually assessed and tested to follow a tailored program. These Learning Experiences can be delivered singly or to a large group of students , both situations work effectively and successfully.
Students will receive a series of Digital Learning Boxes throughout the scheduled days with access to materials such as handbooks, online videos and assignments covering 10 Magnums modules.
Training areas include grooming, food service, wine and beverages, front office, guest service, housekeeping, administration and more.
At the end of each module, students will be evaluated based on their feedback and completed assignments. According to these results, students may be encouraged to revisit certain modules to build on their strengths or address areas of weakness.
