This course is designed for interior crew looking to progress from intermediate to management level.

The programme builds practical and professional sommelier service skills and covers key grape varieties, styles and climatic influence; food and wine pairing recommendations; wine storage and stock rotation; wine list construction; and read labels and pronounce wines and their regions correctly

Prerequisites
