You can do it in one of two ways:

Simple assessment of your theory knowledge and sailing competence with us. The assessment takes one day. It is a pass/fail assessment whereby no instruction is given.

Gain the Bareboat Skipper / Rib Master certificate which automatically qualifies you for the ICC.

IYT website has an online e-learning course available for students to study and execute theory examinations before proceeding to an authorised IYT Training Provider to undertake the written and practical examinations. To access these courses, complete your student registration, receive your IYT Student number and log in. International Certificate of Competency online prep courses are available from our new elearning courses
