Is this course part of the IAMI GUEST Program? No. Even though I appreciate the IAMI Guest program trying to create a standard for the yachting interior department courses, at this time, I have decided not to charge extra for students to get this type of certificate of competency as they are not required or recognized by the MCA or USCG. Currently, no interior department certifications/courses are required to work on a yacht.
