MCA CoC Master (Unlimited) / Class 1 - Oral Prep

Your Oral Preparation course is probably one of the most important you will do. Consequently, we align your needs closely with our training to ensure you get the best chance of passing the MCA examination first time.

We will provide you with a qualified Master Mariner who will be with you for the full duration of your course. We don’t ask you to pay for a desk for self-study as some providers do.

Our 4-day Oral prep courses cover:

• Master 200-500gt and class 2 and 3 fishing qualifications.

• Class 2 and 1 Fishing and OOW unlimited

• Chief Mate and Master Unlimited

We can provide one to one tuition or group tuition and have a range of dates available depending on your oral preparation requirement.

Our course prices are £600.00 inclusive of VAT for group sessions (2 or more candidates) or £1200.00 inclusive of VAT for one to one tuition.

Our pass rates are very high due to the level of commitment shown by our instructors, who have first-hand experience of the examination processes, in depth knowledge of the commercial maritime sector and a wealth of knowledge from working at sea.

Course Structure

The first part of the course will include a review of all subjects in the Master 3000 syllabus which will then determine the specific subjects to be covered in more detail where candidates need strengthening.

A mock oral examination will form part of the course.

Pre- Course Requirements

Candidates are expected to have a reasonable knowledge of all subjects in the syllabus. It is recommended that candidates will already have their exam date before undertaking this course.
