Advanced Powerboat
A 3-day course. Part practical, part theory. High speed boat handling & coastal navigation, day & night pilotage with GPS. Involves a late night at sea. Strict experience requirements for entry level including First Aid and VHF Radio certificates. This includes the 2 day training course which gives you an RYA course completion certificate, and also an extra day of exam preparation before the exam itself with an external RYA examiner. This will give you a Certificate of Competence which can be commercially endorsed. Please note the exam fee is not included in the course price.
