RYA Day Sailing

Allows you to sample a day at sea and enjoy an experience only available to the few.

With a qualified skipper onboard our safe and very confortable yacht, take in the stunning beauty of Ireland's coast from a unique offshore vantage point in the 'Narrow Sea' which links Ireland and Scotland and where for centuries our ancestors have journeyed across the North Channel or 'The Sea of Moyle' in both directions.

Scallywag has been inspected by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency for safety quipment and has all the home comforts you will need for a happy and safe day at sea.

You will be encouraged to get invloved n sailing the boat but if you'd rather relax and take in the scenery your skipper will do the work.

A typical day will anchor up around lunch time for a light nutritious lunch and take in some of the most stunning scenery on the North Coast of Ireland, with the 'Hills of Donegal' to the west, the southern Hebridean Island of Islay to the north and historic Rathlin Island and the Mull of Kintyre to the east. Return in the evening in the knowledge that you hotel or guest house will have a welcoming supper laid on for your return.
