RYA Day Skipper

RYA Day Skipper theory is the main classroom theory course to do if you want to know how to stay safe while boating on the sea. It covers all the essential things about navigating at sea, including tides, traditional chartwork navigation & GPS, tidal heights, buoyage, weather, calling for help and important maritime regulations leisure boaters have to follow. It's also the benchmark for all the things you're expected to know to pass your ICC test.

Many people have much more success when doing this course in a class rather studying on their own online. The interaction with the other students and the opportunity of learning from an experienced award-winning Yachtmaster Instructor at Bay Sea School make this a much better way to learn these important seamanship skills.
