RYA Essential Navigation & Seamanship

The RYA Essential Navigation course requires no previous knowledge and teaches you the essential navigation and seamanship skills to take a vessel out to sea. The Essential Navigation course is an online course and will require approximately 6 hours to complete.

This course is designed to give those who venture out on the sea an introduction to the basic concepts of navigation and is suitable as an introduction to essential navigation techniques for Divers, Power and Sports boaters, Sea Anglers and those boaters who would like to eventually progress to RYA Day Skipper.
