RYA First Aid

This one day First Aid course follows the syllabus from the St. John Ambulance and the British Red Cross, within the marine environment. Covering resuscitation, control of bleeding, treatment of an unconscious casualty and recognition and treatment of hypothermia.

A First Aid Certificate is required for Coastal and Yachtmaster examinations, renewable every three years.

A First Aid Manual by the UK's leading first aid providers The St John Ambulance, St Andrew's First Aid and British Red Cross is included in the course fee.
