This is a beginners' motor cruising course. The Helmsman Certificate course provides an introduction to motor cruising vessels and builds confidence, giving you the skills to be a capable crew member and a proficient helmsman.
Course Structure
Course content: The RYA Helmsman course covers the following topics:
safety and seamanship
engine operation and maintenance
boat preparation
boat handling
securing to a buoy
berthing alongside and leaving
man overboard
anchoring

Accommodation for one night onboard our motor cruiser. "Gabriele" is an Azimut 36, flybridge with twin engines.
Course starts at 0800 and finishes approx 1700.
