RYA Intermediate Powerboat

The 2 day RYA Intermediate Powerboat Course builds on the knowledge

and skills of the Level 2 Powerboat Course.

Aimed at skippers wishing to carry out longer passages by day using both

traditional and electronic navigation.

Course Structure

The training encompasses:-

•Planning a day cruise.

•Pilotage.

•Passage making.

•High speed navigation techniques.

•More advanced skippering techniques.

•Awareness of boat preparation, equipment levels.

•Crew safety.

The course will be aboard our 5.85 metre Ribeye rib, powered by 90hp engine.
