RYA Level 2 (dinghy)

Aimed at sailors who have completed their RYA Level 1 - Start Sailing Course or persons who have previous sailing experience, the RYA Level 2 - Basic Skills course is the next step in the RYA National Sailing Scheme. Run over two days, the aim of this course is to improve on your basic knowledge of sailing and introduce further manoeuvres to increase your boat handling in a safe manner. At the end of this course, you are well on your way to becoming an independent boat helm and you will be able to enjoy the various sailing, cruising and racing events that take place at the club throughout the year!

Useful Information

Courses cost £170 (£100 for members) and include:

All necessary sailing equipment and clothing

Two days full sailing instruction both water-based and shore-based

Prospective Membership to Erith Yacht Club
