RYA Level 2 (dinghy)

This two day course is designed as a follow-on for those who have recently ccompleted a Level 1 course and will progress your sailing skills to achieve the Level 2 Basic Skills ccertificate. This course would also be suitable for those whose sailing may be a 'little rusty' and need a refresher. An intensive skills course

Duration: 2 consecutive days

Generally we start 1 courses a week on a Wednesday.

Start: 09:30

Finish: 16:30

Format:

Coaching of level 1 and 2 skills and taster sessions from the advanced modules

Requirements/ Prerequisites:

Sailing skills to the standard of Level 1.

Minimum age 16 years of age. Be able to swim 50 metres. If unable to meet this swimming requirement due to disability please phone the centre to discuss any special needs.

Ability after course:

Able to sail and make decisions in good conditions
