RYA Powerboat Level 1

In practice the Level 1 course is ideal for people wanting to gain some initial training in the use of powerboats. The course covers all of the important areas relating to boat handling together with an introduction to some of the theory.

Students between the ages of 8-11 will receive a Certificate that is endorsed- "The holder should only use powered craft under the supervision of a responsible adult on board the craft"

Students between the ages of 12-16 will receive a Certificate that is endorsed – "The holder should only use powered craft under the supervision of a responsible adult"

* Note: It is Company policy that children and young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied on the course by a parent or guardian.
