On completion of this course the successful sailor will understand how to sail a dinghy rigged with an asymmetric or symmetric spinnaker.

Course Structure

The course includes sessions on rigging including spinnaker and trapeze, sailing to good advantage, spinnaker hoist, gybe & drop as crew or helm, capsize recovery, and sailing theory and background.
