RYA Start Racing (dinghy)

Once you have mastered the basics of sailing, our two-day Start Racing Course is the perfect course for anyone looking at joining the various racing activities and events taking place throughout the year. Over two-days, you will learn the basics of racing courses and markers, starting procedures, race rules and techniques and finishing. Sailors who take up this course will improve their own personal sailing performance by matching their skills against other sailors! As a club, we run a full programme of racing throughout the year for you to enjoy!

Courses cost £170 per person and include:

All necessary sailing equipment and clothing

Two days full sailing instruction both water-based and shore-based
