While sailing is a great way to enjoy the outdoors, it also requires you to be an active participant. When you learn how to sail, you will not only become familiar with all aspects of your boat, but also how your boat relates to its environment in terms of everything from the wind to the weather. Learning how to sail can be so fulfilling, using brain and muscle can give a great sense of accomplishment. If you are new to yachts and want to learn to sail from Barcelona then this course is a great introduction to sailing for complete beginners, it can also count towards your Competent Crew, which will entail a further 3 days sailing.
