RYA Tender Operator Course

This brand new course is designed to build on a candidate's basic knowledge and experience of powerboating targeting in particular those candidates wishing to seek a career in the rapidly expanding superyacht industry.  Candidates will gain confidence in their own ability to manoeuvre a powerboat smoothly. The course includes plenty of time to practice working with a crew member and operating short-handed.  In navigation terms, the emphasis is on short ship-to-shore transfers by day and at night.

Entry requirements

RYA Level 2 certificate.

Good all round boat handling skills.

Strongly recommended VHF/SRC certificate.

Strongly recommended First Aid certificate.
