RYA VHF Marine Radio (SRC)

The SRC course is directed at the VHF radio with Digital Selective (DSC) calling and includes the elements of Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS).

The course is, however, suitable for those still owning the older non-digital sets, and is in fact the only course available for Marine VHF Radiotelephony.

On our classroom course, you will be assessed on the same day - there is no need to come back to our assessment centre for a second visit.

What to bring with you on examination day:

Initial notes (printed) and text book

Passport photograph (name on reverse)

£60 cheque for RYA or cash paid prior to examination (no money... no examination)
