The STCW Safety Training provides essential training for the professional marine industry. The STCW Safety Training is the legal minimum requirement for any persons looking to work commercially on vessels abroad, such as Cruise Liners & Superyachts. We provide the popular STCW Safety Training which includes the Proficiency in Designated Security Duties)which is specifically for the Yachting industry.

Other packages and individual STCW courses are also available upon request.

Course Structure

The STCW Safety Training Course is a 11 day course including PDSD (Proficiency in Designated Securities).

We have classes running every week starting on a Thursday to the following Sunday.

The STCW course will cover the following:

Proficiency in Designated Security Duties STCW code A-VI/6—2 (R2,200.00)

Elementary First Aid STCW Code A-VI/1-3 (R1,650.00)

Marine Firefighting and Fire Prevention STCW Code A-VI/1-2 (2,350.00)

Personal Safety and Social Responsibility STCW Code A-VI/1-4 (Together with PST it is at R2,550.00)

Personal Survival Techniques STCW Code A-VI/1-1
