Building upon the Level 1 Certificate, this course delves further into the geography of the world of wine and will broaden your appreciation and understanding of all aspects of wine in an enjoyable and entertaining way. It is a detailed introductory look at the world's most well-known wines (& spirits), grape varieties and regions, tasting around 48 different wines. While more in-depth and intensive, it is still an entry level course - you do not need any previous knowledge or certification to join it. Study packs will be distributed in advance and prior reading is recommended. Minimum 8, Maximum 18 attendees.
