Useful Information
The WSET L2 Award in Wines has two elements: theory and practical (or tasting). Please note at Level 2, tasting wine is optional, as it does not form part of the examination. However, it is highly recommended as tasting the wines will help your understanding of the varieties, regions, and winemaking options. It\'s also a LOT of fun! Once inside the course, a list of recommended samples is pinned to the course noticeboard and core samples. The syllabus covers 42 wines; you can choose how many you sample. Further information on purchasing the samples is also available in the course dashboard.
