Yachtmaster Offshore (Full Package, RYA, USCG or other)

we run the Yachtmaster Offshore fast Track throughout the year from our base here in Marbella.

Our fleet includes 2 yachts, (Dufour 380 GL 2014, Bavaria 37 2008) a Lagoon 380 Catamaran 2008, Lagoon 42 Catamaran 2018, and a Novurania 650 CL Power Boat.

We teach all course from Beginner to Yachtmaster and also teach the Cruising Instructor course for RYA trainers as well as Power Boat Level 2, Advanced Engine Course, Theory and VHF.

We offer Zero to Hero Fast Track at 11,950 euros including VHF Radio and Powerboat level 2 course with ICC.  In addition, we are the only school the will give you the experience of Sailing on a Catamaran as part of your training.  (Details attached)

If you need STCW in order to work commercially we also arrange this for you with our partners locally at a cost of 1050 euros.

The Fast Track is also available in Modular form to account for people's previous experience levels and to allow a bit of flexibility if you need to return to the UK for work or personal reasons.  Please see attached.

Each Fast Track student is also given a Personal Achievement Report which is overseen by myself.  This ensures that your progress throughout your time here is monitored and evaluated.  This is done by 360-degree feedback with you and the instructor at the end of each week.  Our goal is to get you to Yachtmaster Offshore at the end of your time here, not just to issue RYA certificates and tick off courses each week.  If you are not (in our opinion) ready to sit the Yachtmaster Exam at the end of your scheduled training then we will tell you, and up to 2 additional weeks are provided free of charge in order to ensure you are at the right level and stand the best chance of success in the Exam.

From our base here in Marbella we are close to the Straits of Gibraltar giving us access to the Atlantic coast of Spain, Morocco and Portugal for Mile building trips.  (Not many schools will take you to 4 different countries during your training ????)

Our student to instructor ratio is maximum 4 to 1 (often3 to 1) and nobody shares a cabin.   We also only use our permanent team of Instructors handpicked by us to deliver the best training possible in accordance with our values “We Teach the Way We Wish We Were Taught”.  We never “import” freelance instructors from the UK.

All courses are inclusive of accommodation, marina fees, fuel and bedding and towels are provided.

Your Theory training will be conducted in our brand new Training Centre next to the marina with Kitchen facilities, storage for your luggage, and of course free Wifi.
