Yachting Roles
Yotspot is designed to cater for both amateur & professional seafarers who are looking to find crew, jobs or positions within the yachting industry. This might include paid jobs on sailing, motor yachts (including super/mega yachts) and commercial vessels. We also provide social/ recreational sailing opportunities for yacht racing, cruising, deliveries, mile building and ocean sailing for example.
Shorebased Roles
The yachting industry has grown rapidly over the last few years. In addition to the above, we now have many shore based roles available e.g. yacht sales broker, manager or naval architect for example. These are posted directly by recruitment agencies and companies which operate within the industry.
