Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday (Early Finish on Friday)Overtime: Available at Enhanced RatesResponsibilities:
Perform Gelcoat and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) finishing work according to specifications.
Conduct surface preparation, sanding, and polishing to achieve high-quality finishes.
Repair and touch-up GRP components as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a GRP Finisher.
Proficiency in gelcoating, sanding, and polishing techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
