A-Z Yachting is expanding and is looking for Full Time Remote Recruitment Consultant!

Can be located anywhere in the world but must have extensive experience in the yachting industry and experience as a recruitment consultant!

Experience with recruitment is a BIG BONUS!

Must be a self motivated, goal orientated individual that is fluent in English.

Strong communication and administrative skills are required.

Looking for someone that can commit long term.

Please note this is a full time remote position!

The duties will include and not be limited to the following:

-Sourcing new clients and business opportunities

-Interviewing crew

-Verifying Qualifications

-Checking References

-Social Media

-Producing weekly reports

-Attending networking events and boat shows
