Responsibilities:
Design and execute diverse menus tailored to the preferences of our guests, accommodating various dietary restrictions and preferences.
Source premium ingredients from local markets and trusted suppliers, ensuring quality and freshness.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety protocols in the galley.
Collaborate closely with the onboard team to ensure seamless coordination of dining experiences.
Provide exceptional hospitality, engaging with guests to exceed their expectations and create unforgettable moments.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels & private yachts.
Culinary qualifications from a reputable institution.
Creative flair and a passion for pushing culinary boundaries.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
