Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate and navigate a private yacht of considerable size (500 Gross Tonnage or greater) with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Oversee all aspects of yacht operations, including navigation, safety procedures, and maintenance.

Manage and lead a team of crew members, ensuring a collaborative and harmonious working environment.

Provide exceptional hospitality and service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their voyage.

Accounts and expense management.

Maintain and adhere to all maritime regulations and safety standards, ensuring compliance at all times.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on the yachts systems and equipment, coordinating repairs and upgrades as necessary.

Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all onboard.

Qualifications:

Valid Captain\'s License (500 Gross Tonnage or greater) issued by an accredited maritime authority.

Extensive experience as a yacht captain, preferably on vessels of similar size and caliber.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Exceptional navigational and seamanship abilities, with a keen understanding of regulations and requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and crew members from diverse backgrounds.

Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

All certifications up to date.
