Summary

We are a 58m Charter yacht looking for an experienced charter chef, with a wide range of culinary experience with both fine dining for discerning high end clients as well as family style dining as well as provide varied and healthy meals for 11 crew.

American owners with predominately American Clients. The right candidate would have the ability to work in high pressure of charter environments with a calm and friendly demeaner and contribute to a healthy and crew dynamic. Experience providing a wide array of culinary and cultural cuisines including Mediterranean, American, Asian, Mexican, Vegan, GF and the ability to adapt to client requests and requirements.

This is a full-time position with the potential to become rotational after a successful season for the right candidate.
