Summary

Compass Rose Crew are recruiting for an experienced 2nd Stewardess for a busy M/Y. To be considered for this role the 2nd Stew should be confident in all interior duties such as service, housekeeping and laundry. They will need to display good leadership qualities as they will have to help guide and train the stews with less experience. Great communication and organisational skills will be required. Someone with a creative flare would be well suited to this role and a service course/training would be valued. Excellent references are essential. Candidates already in the EU or UK will be preferred.
