Sole Chef – 40m Sailing Yacht – Med

We are working with a 40m private and charter Sailing Yacht that has plans to spend the summer sailing the Med. The vessel is looking for a permanent Sole Chef to create a variety of Italian-style dishes for up to 8 guests.

As Sole Chef, you will be responsible for creating a diverse range of Italian and seafood dishes to please the palates of those onboard. This will involve exploring different Italian ingredients and flavour combinations, creating special requests from guests and taking into consideration any allergies and dietary requirements. As well as this you will cater for 6 crew.

You will be male due to cabin arrangements.

The Individual:

•You will be an experienced Sole Chef who has previously worked on a similar size Sailing Yacht

•You will have a passion for Italian cuisine and like getting creative in the galley

•You will be highly self-motivated and enjoy working independently

•You will have proven longevity and be looking for your next long-term job opportunity

•You will be an experienced Sailor
