Summary

Yacht Management is currently seeking a highly experienced Captain to join the team onboard a 100’ 2019 Ocean Alexander. We are looking for someone with able experience on a vessel of equal size, towing experience, and someone who can elevate the owners experience in Yachting! The boat runs with 3 full time crew members, Captain, Mate/Engineer, and Deck. Interior and Chef added as needed. The yacht is for private use only cruising Florida, Bahamas, and Caribbean waters.

•Start Date: ASAP

•Itinerary: Private Florida/Bahamas/Caribbean

•License(s) Required: USCG minimum 200 ton with tow endorsement

•Crew On Board: 2 plus Captain, additional crew as needed.

•Private/Charter: Private Only

•Owner's Presence: 6/8 + weeks per year

•Age Preference: Open

•Live On/Off: Off. (Owner prefers no live aboard crew but not deal breaker)

•Additional Must-Haves: Towing Experience for tender, fishing, diving, etc.

•Interview Location: Ft. Lauderdale or Zoom

•Salary Range: Industry Standard based on Experience and CV

•Benefits: All listed, including health, vacation, and flight allowance

•1099 or W2 (for US flag): Open.

•Owner/Company Willing to Fly Someone In: Yes
