Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Deckhand to join our team, preferably with between 1 and 2 years of actual season experience. Confident jet tender driver essential, competent with mooring operations and knows his deck products. You will be working as part of a deck team of 6, with two deckhands following your lead. charter background preferred. Watersports background is a major plus, anything from wakeboarding, waterskiing, e-foils and the likes. Yachtmaster in hand is a major plus.

This is a private yacht that operates with 16 crew and has very good crew longevity onboard. Family oriented yacht with lovely owners and a strong emphasis on crew happiness onboard. Competitive salary on offer including seasonal bonuses and owners tips, contributions towards yacht related study and 2 return repatriation flights per year.

Itinerary will be Mediterranean this year, participating in some exciting high profile events followed by a brief yard. World cruising itinerary in the years to follow.

EU repatriation preferred.

B1/B2 preferred.

The ideal candidate will be of good character and a team player who will go the extra mile to a high standard. Must have proven longevity backed by strong references.

Start date: Immediately in Palma.
