Summary

We are looking for a Deckhand with min 1 years´ experience in the same position on a 50m+ MY, who is well-rounded, driven and enthusiastic, for a prestigious 100m+ NEW BUILD Private MY.

Our ideal candidate is organized and efficient, good with juggling a lot if things at the same time, a great communicator, with excellent problem-solving skills, detail oriented and willing to exceed guest expectations. A down to earth, level-headed candidate, with a great sense of humour.

Many of the crew onboard has worked for the owner for a long time, so crew retention is HIGH...

This will be a continual / annual season MY with experienced and adventurous owner, happy to take his yacht off the beaten track but also equally happy to dock in big cities that allows exploration, so this role is not for the faint hearted, we need a hardworking, positive, friendly and enthusiastic candidate that loves to create and provide great experiences for the guest and owners.

This role would best suit a candidate who is adventurous and who wants to join a professionally run yacht traveling to some amazing destinations. Someone with Love for the water and watersports.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Prestigious yacht with a great Captain, superb Officers and professional HOD´s and with a lovely owner on a world cruising yacht.

About the program: Dual season – World cruising yacht

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Yacht Master preferred

Requirements for application: Min 1 years’ experience on a 50m+ MY, Yacht Master is beneficial, Water Sports Background is a bonus, Love for the water and water hobby's is a must, A true No-Smoker/ NO-Vaping

Salary: Euros DOE

Male/Female candidates: Male candidates due to cabin arrangement

Discretionary training budgets and bonuses are also open for crew
